At KOHA Pet, we want your furry companion to look their best, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed pet apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your pet's items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are free of pet hair and odors.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
